Top Ten-New To Me

Welcome to my list of the top ten new authors. These may not be brand new authors, but just authors who are new to me and I am loving. I hope you enjoy my list and please, share with me some of yours. These are listed in no particular order.

1: Lora Leigh. Her Breeds series is just totally awesome and I am so loving them. I can't wait to read & eventually own every single one.

2: J.R. Ward. I love her Black Dagger Brotherhood series and can't wait for Quihnn and Blay's story.

3: Amanda Ashley. I've discovered her vampire books and am in love.

4:Gail Branan. Her Witch & Warlock books are sensational.

5: Lara Adrian. I am becoming a major fan. That woman can weave a story.

6: Maya Banks. I had only ever read one book of hers but now she's doing this military paranormal series that blows me away. She has a sensational voice much like Christine Feehan.

7: Dakota Cassidy. The woman is SO funny. Her Accidental series is spectacular.

8: Candace Havens. This is another sensational author of humorous paranormal books.

9: Kate Hill. I love her centaur stories. Those men make my heart melt.

10: Thea Harrison. I am falling in love with her Elder Races series. I can't wait for more.

Top Ten-Established

This week and next I'll be putting up my top ten list. Just call me David Letterman.:-)

This first list is my top ten favorite authors that I have been reading for years. Next week will be authors who are new to me. Below is my list of the top ten. I hope you enjoy. Except for number one, this list is in no particular order.

1: N.J. Walters. I can NEVER praise this woman or her talent enough. I am such a fan...and she's a darned wonderful lady I am proud to call friend. Her books are all amazing!

2: Lynsay Sands. I am the biggest fan of her Argeneau series and can't wait till tomorrow when Anders story releases. Been waiting eagerly for that one.

3: Kresley Cole. Her Immortals After Dark series is THE best. I hope she does Kristoff soon.

4: Christine Feehan. Her Ghostwalkers and Carpathian series are so good. And her one book, Safe Harbor from her Seven Sisters series helped me keep my sanity when my Mom got really sick a few years back.

5: Alyssa Day. Her Warriors Of Poseidon series is phenomonal. I just got the last one in the current group of seven and can't wait to read it. I've read them all so far.

6: Natalie Dae. She has an awesome voice and she's also an absolutely dear friend.

7: Laura Stamps. I love her vampire series and she's also a dear and treasured friend.

8: J.D. Robb. I love her Eve Dallas books. My favorite is Holiday In Death.

9: Linnea Sinclair. This woman is so amazingly talented. She manages to blend sci/fi, fantasy and romance so well. I love her books.

10: Catherine Asaro. This is an awesome writer of romantic science fiction. I'm torn between her books Skyfall and The Charmed Sphere.
